Who is your favorite Women's Rights figure and why?

One of my favorites is actually going to surpise most of ya'll -- Jesus of Nazareth. Odd you are thinking, but here's my reasoning.
When Jesus appeared at the tomb he appeared first to women, not the men. And He actaully told Mary Magdaline to go tell the others what she had seen. Given the culturaly and legal status of women this was ENORMOUS. As a witness it took two women's testomony to equal one man's. Jesus told the world "You are equal in my eyes"
